Scope and status
This is a draft for legal review, not a finalized service agreement. It describes the intended website and software-use terms. The operator must approve the legal entity, contractual terms and jurisdiction-specific requirements before this page is used as final Terms of Service.
Trend0x is non-custodial strategy software. You can describe trading ideas, review rule-based drafts, test them on historical data and choose a supported execution environment. A draft or backtest does not authorize a live launch.
User authorization and exchange accounts
Review the strategy rules, execution market, trade amount, leverage and protection settings before confirming a live launch. After activation, matching rules may submit orders within the settings you authorized until you pause or stop the strategy. Confirmation of a launch is not necessarily confirmation of each later order.
Funds remain at your exchange. Connected API access may let Trend0x read account balances and positions and submit trades. Use only the required read and trade permissions. Disable withdrawals at the exchange and revoke API access there if necessary. Never send passwords, seed phrases, private wallet keys or API secrets to support.
Exchange, symbol and execution support depend on the available runner, market rules, account permissions, subscription and technical availability. A connection alone does not guarantee that a strategy can execute.
Risk, AI and historical results
Trading can result in substantial losses. Leverage increases exposure and liquidation risk. Fees, slippage, liquidity, gaps, API failures, exchange outages, model errors and software failures can affect execution. A stop or risk limit does not guarantee an execution price or maximum loss.
Historical backtests, paper trading and live results are different. Simulations may not reproduce live fees, fills or market conditions. Past results do not predict future returns. AI suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete; review them before acting.
Information and software outputs are not a substitute for independent financial, legal or tax advice. This draft does not assert a regulatory classification, authorization or investment-adviser exemption.
Eligibility and geographic restrictions
Trend0x services are not available to persons located or resident in the United States. Users must also observe applicable law and the rules and eligibility requirements of their exchange or broker.
Derivatives and securities require separate product and jurisdiction review. Availability on a venue does not establish lawful availability to every user. The final agreement must specify eligibility, jurisdiction restrictions and the circumstances for suspension or restriction.
Commercial and legal terms requiring approval
The legal entity and address, governing law, dispute resolution, subscription pricing and renewals, cancellation and refunds, consumer rights, intellectual property, moderation, suspension and liability provisions remain subject to legal approval. This draft does not invent those terms or waive statutory rights.
