Scope and status
This is a draft privacy notice for legal review, not a declaration of compliance. It describes the public landing-site code inspected on 20 October 2026. The account, trading, billing, AI, Telegram and MCP services need an approved notice based on their own complete processing inventory.
The legal controller identity and address, applicable jurisdictions, lawful bases and designated privacy contacts must be confirmed before a final policy is published.
What this website does
The public landing page has no registration, payment or trading form. Links take you to the separate platform, documentation or social services. Those destinations process data under their own applicable notices.
This site requests fonts from Google Fonts and loads the Google Translate script for its language selector. Requests to external services disclose connection metadata, including an IP address, to those providers. Their full processing, cookie behavior and international-transfer terms have not been verified by this website audit.
Language preferences and browser storage
The existing language selector reads your browser language and stores a selected language in local storage under trend0x_public_language. It also writes a googtrans cookie with a one-year maximum age. The existing script writes both host-scoped and .trend0x.com-domain cookies.
You can clear these values using your browser site-data controls. Doing so may reset the language preference. Hosting, CDN and third-party logging and any other cookies require a deployment-level inventory; this draft does not claim that no other data is collected.
Platform, account and exchange data
The trading platform may process account information, assistant messages, strategy rules, backtests, balances, positions and connection credentials for enabled features. This landing-site review does not establish the complete platform data flow, retention periods, access arrangements or vendor list.
Do not paste exchange passwords, seed phrases, private wallet keys or API secrets into chat. Connect keys only through the intended exchange-connection interface and keep withdrawal permissions disabled.
Information still required for a final policy
Before approval, document every purpose and lawful basis; data categories and recipients; hosting, AI, payment, support, analytics and translation providers; international transfers and safeguards; retention schedules; applicable privacy rights and complaint routes; request procedures; and any profiling or automated decision-making.
Review whether consent or another applicable mechanism is required before loading external fonts or translation tools. This change preserves the existing translation feature; it does not introduce a consent manager or certify that the present loading behavior is compliant.
